Returns

• Non-Returnable Items: Goods that have been used or damaged by the customer. 

Refunds

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of the product return date. 

Exchanges

Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
